Order details:

　　We have been a stable supplier of semi-finished alloy tubes to a leading oil machinery pipe processing plant in Malaysia, which holds multiple international certifications for special threading and is a key player in the regional market.

　　Recently, in response to the Malaysian client's requirements, we leveraged our mature processing system to transform 12-meter L80-13Cr seamless pipes into 149.225mm short joints through laser cutting, followed by precision boring of the inner hole and outer wall, as well as step machining, to produce "semi-finished couplings." These components enable the client to efficiently complete the final threading process locally and supply them directly to oilfield sites. Additionally, we provide SMLS seamless pipes as raw material support.

　　This cooperative model fully capitalizes on the strengths of both parties: we handle the precision machining of the front-end materials, while the client focuses on their high-value-added threading manufacturing.
