ETANG recently completed and successfully delivered a batch of wear-resistant subs to a client in Singapore.
Upon receiving an urgent order from the Singaporean client, ETANG leveraged its stable inventory advantages (including S13Cr, L80-13Cr, and the 4140 series, etc.), as well as its mature machining and heat treatment processes. The ETANG technical team completed the customized production of the products within an extremely short time frame.
The delivered wear-resistant subs are widely used in complex downhole environments. To ensure stable operation under high-wear and high-torque conditions, ETANG implemented a rigorous heat treatment process on the products. Prior to shipment, each sub passed hardness testing, non-destructive testing, and precise dimensional measurements, ensuring that the products' mechanical properties, precision, and durability fully comply with API and relevant international standards.
